Here are some things you will find helpful to know:
· Please invite visitors, newer members, and those you would especially like to fellowship with. There are usually little invitation papers near the greeter/bulletin stand to give them. You might invite others to join your team.
· A simple vegetarian meal is ideal. Make enough for yourself, your helpers, those you invited during the week, and about 5 visitors. I will try to let you know if I hear of other visitors we’ll be having.
· Please clean up the area you use for the meal. Please remove all remnants of food and trash.
· Lock all doors; turn off all appliances; turn off all lights.
· If you are not able to provide the meal for the week you are assigned, please attempt to find a replacement. Jane Smith (266-5089) has said she’d be willing to help if we need her. If cannot find anyone, please give me a call!
